Information notice under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

Dear Data Subject,

oexe Operasyon Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (“oexe or the Company”) takes the security of your personal data very seriously and respects your privacy. For this reason, we hereby inform you about the conditions under which all your personal data is obtained, how it is processed, our sensitivity in protecting it, and your rights regarding this personal information, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

1- Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the GDPR, the “Data Controller” is oexe Operasyon Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. with Mersis number 634116004500001 and company headquarters located at Başiskele, Kocaeli.

2- Your Personal Data, Collection Method, Processing Purposes, and Legal Basis

Your personal information may be collected through various channels, depending on the type of relationship you have with our company, as explained below, primarily through your visit to our website and requests you submit via the website or email. Your identity data (name, surname, Turkish ID number), contact data (address, phone number, email address), educational and professional data (company you work for, job description, title, educational status, etc.), and visual data (photo or image) may be collected and processed depending on the nature of the business.

These data are based on one of the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract, establishing a right, being explicitly regulated by law, or our legitimate interests, depending on the nature of the relationship. If none of the grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the Law apply, explicit consent is requested.

Your personal data is processed by oexe

  • through the information we request in the context of our activities related to the provision of services such as sales and purchasing,

  • Through the information you provide to our employees or suppliers verbally, in writing, electronically, or via paper forms for the purpose of obtaining information about our services,

  • Through business cards provided in a physical or virtual environment, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing or electronically, or through information forms filled out on our website for purposes such as establishing a business relationship with oexe or making/requesting an offer,

  • Information provided in a physical or virtual environment, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing or electronically, for the purpose of applying for a job, or resumes sent from job search sites or information forms filled out on our website, may be collected and processed for the following purposes:

Execution of Goods/Services Sales Processes, Post-Sales Support Services, Production and Operations Processes,  Execution of Finance and Accounting Operations, Execution of Company/Product/Service Loyalty Processes, Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes, Execution of Human Resources and Personnel Processes, Ensuring the security of Data Controller operations, Physical Premises Security,  Execution of Activities Aimed at Customer Satisfaction, Execution of Marketing Analysis Studies, Execution of Advertising/Campaign/Promotion Processes, Provision of Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions, and Organizations, Tracking of Requests/Complaints, Execution of Activities in Compliance with Legislation, Execution of Communication and Information Security Activities. Your personal data obtained in accordance with the law before April 7, 2016, the effective date of the GDPR, through the methods described above or in other ways, is also processed in accordance with these terms and conditions and is stored both digitally and physically.

3- Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred within the scope of the law and relevant regulations for the purposes described above, in cases where data transfer is required, and subject to the condition that the transfer is limited to the necessary extent, to service providers such as information technology, archiving, printing, card printing, distribution companies, and other third parties we collaborate with, subject to certain confidentiality agreement conditions.

As the data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

  • The right to know whether your personal data has been processed,

  • The right to request information regarding the processing of your personal data,

  • The right to know the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,

  • Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of this action,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
